Ingredients 3 eggs Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp butter Instructions Break the eggs into a bowl and add the salt. Whisk till the yolk and albumen are just about combined. Heat up a pan and make sure it is very hot. Melt the butter on the pan. Pour the egg and salt mixture into the pan, with it's handle facing you and shake the pan vigorously and use a fork or spoon to keep scrambling the omelette, but don't let it stay scrambled.
