Omelette

Eggs

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and add the salt. Whisk till the yolk and albumen are just about combined.
  2. Heat up a pan and make sure it is very hot. Melt the butter on the pan.
  3. Pour the egg and salt mixture into the pan, with it’s handle facing you and shake the pan vigorously and use a fork or spoon to keep scrambling the omelette, but don’t let it stay scrambled. It should still look like an omelette.
  4. Cook it to the amount of doneness you want and then shake the pan to fold one-third of the omelette over itself away from the handle, or use the fork to do so. Add in the toppings if you want in this step.
  5. Lastly hold the pan in your left hand while holding a plate in your right. Flip the pan over onto the plate slowly to make the last part of the omelette fold. Now, you end up with a perfect omelette folded over well.
